Clinical Background

I am one of a small number of clinicians within the UK who is formally qualified in the fields of physiotherapy, prescribing medication, using ultrasound to diagnose muscle, bone, tendon and joint pain conditions and injection therapy to treat these conditions.

I have worked extensively in the NHS within primary care musculoskeletal services providing clinical triage, on site imaging and ultrasound guided injections, GP surgeries where I have run ultrasound imaging lists and ultrasound guided injection lists for GP networks as well as within radiology (imaging) departments in hospitals.

My current NHS radiology role involves running diagnostic ultrasound lists with referrals from consultant orthopaedic consultants, rheumatology consultants and from local general practitioners.

Private Practice Consultations

Private healthcare for muscle, bone, tendon and joint pain conditions is difficult to navigate for people suffering with these conditions. Much like the NHS system it often involves several consultations and costly onward referrals for diagnostic imaging by the time an established diagnosis is given the the patient and treatment can be offered.

I have deliberately aimed my services to ease this problem and enable rapid diagnosis and treatment at the first consultation. Your first consultation will involve a musculoskeletal physical examination a diagnostic ultrasound scan and, if indicated, an ultrasound guided injection can also offered.  

I operate a mobile and flexible diary system across a network of established musculoskeletal clinics in South West and Central SW London at an affordable price for self paying customers rather than costs being dispersed to private medical groups and hospital chains for the same procedures.

Patient's are welcome to contact me for informal questions or booking enquiries which you can find the link to at the top of this page. Patient's can expect to receive a formal ultrasound report at the end of their appointment with me and a clear management plan as required.

I am happy to provide online rehabilitation plans within plans using my extensive library of exercises I have developed over the years 

All patients will be followed up via message or telephone after undergoing an injection to check on progress and monitor outcomes.
